[App Updates & Maintenance](https://help.emergent3.com/troubleshooting-maintenance?hsLang=en#app-updates-maintenance) September 25, 2026 # Checking Your E3 App Version ## Learn how to quickly check your Emergent 3 app version on either Mac or Windows computers with this easy guide. ### **For Mac Users:** 1\. **Right-click on the E3 App Icon**: Locate the Emergent 3 app icon in the system tray at the top-right corner of your Mac's menu bar. Right-click on the icon to reveal a dropdown menu. ![](https://help.emergent3.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-11-2026-04-36-19-9255-PM.png?width=307&height=378&name=image-png-Jun-11-2026-04-36-19-9255-PM.png) 2\. **Check the App Version:** In the dropdown menu, it should display the app version and be labeled as "Version 4.3.0" If you have the latest version installed, you're all set! 👌 ### **For Windows Users:** 1\. **Locate and Click the Arrow Icon:** Go to the bottom-right corner of your Windows computer screen to find the system tray. Look for the arrow icon, which may indicate hidden icons. If it says "Version 4.3.0", then you have the latest version installed. ### **For Android/iPhone Users:** 1\. **Open your E3 App:** In the home screen, locate and tap on the E3 application. 2\. **Tap on the Profile Icon:** Find and tap the circular Profile icon on the top right corner. 3\. **View App Version:** The settings will pop up.
