# Enable Face ID for E3 App (iPhone)

## Add extra security to your Emergent3 (E3) app using Face ID.

**Steps:**

1. **Tap and hold** the E3 app icon on your iPhone's Home Screen and from the menu that appears, tap **"Require Face ID"**.

2. A confirmation message will pop up. Tap **"Require Face ID"** again to confirm.

3. That's it! Now, when you open the E3 app, you will see a screen saying **"Face ID Required"** before it opens.

**Important Tip:** Face ID must already be set up on your iPhone for this feature to work. If not, go to your iPhone's **Settings \> Face ID & Passcode** to set it up first.
