General Setup and Onboarding FAQs

This article will highlight the onboarding stages: Start, Kickoff Call, Admin Training and Staff Training

Stage 1 - Start your engines 🏁

After finalizing the E3 agreement, you should have received a kickoff email by now. This email includes the onboarding timeline and your account manager's calendar links to schedule your meetings.

So we can hit the ground running, we ask you to send over your building floor plans and emergency operating manual(s) before the kickoff call. See examples below.

Stage 2 - Kickoff Call 🏈  (Week 1)

This stage is pretty straight forward, we need you to book a quick meeting with your account manager. Feel free to email them directly or find their link in your kickoff email.

The Kickoff call requires only one person (someone who knows the campuses) to help our team outline your campus map like identifying buildings, parking lots, etc.

Attendees: Admin team, principals, managers, IT director, etc.

Where: Google or Zoom

Duration: 15-20min.

Stage 3 - Admin Training 🖥️  (Week 2)

This style of this meeting will follow a train-the-trainers model. Everyone by the end of this meeting will be E3 experts 👍 . The following meetings are typically done in a group setting, with your account manager projected up on a larger screen.

Attendees: Admin team, principals, managers, IT director, etc.

Where: Google or Zoom

Duration: 45-60min.

Stage 4 - Staff Training 🎉 (Weeks 3-4)

The final step has arrived. As mentioned before, this training will be done in a group setting, with your account manager projected up on a larger screen. Typically this training is scheduled during an all-staff meeting and everyone is welcome.

Attendees: Admin, employees, support, auxiliary, etc

Where: Google or Zoom

Duration: 30-45min.
