How does the Login and Account Creation Work

Learn how the account is created and how you can login

Pre-requisites

Before you create an account, please make sure that:

You have downloaded and installed the E3 app on your system.

Accounts cannot be created from the application as a user. You need an account creation invite from an E3 admin in order to create an account.

Creating an Account

1. Once you have received an email invitation from an E3 admin, simply go to your email inbox and search for the invitation. The invitation is sent from hello@emergent3.com. 

2. Once located, open the invite and click the "Accept Invite" button.

3. After clicking on the invitation, a new tab will open where you can easily launch the E3 app by clicking on the "Launch E3" button.

4. However, if it is not installed on your system, you can use the Windows or Mac buttons to download and install it on the respective OS.

5. As you click the Launch E3 button, another popup appears for confirmation that you want to open the E3 app. To confirm, click the Open Emergent3 button.

6. As a result, the E3 app will open, displaying the Create an Account screen.

7. Here, your email address is automatically populated in the Email field.

8. Use the First Name field to record your first name.

9. Enter your last name in the Last Name field.

10. Use the Phone Number field to record your contact number.

11. Once the required details are provided, click the "Create Account" button.

12. As a result, the signup instructions are sent to your email address and you are notified through the E3 app via a popup.

13. Go to your email inbox and search once more for an email from hello@emergent3.com.

14. Once the email is located, click the Sign in to E3 button.

15. Doing so opens the same screen in a new tab from where you can click the Launch E3 button to launch the application.

16. Clicking this button is again followed by the popup for confirmation from there you can click the Open Emergent3 button.

17.As a result, you will be logged in successfully and directed to the home screen of the application.
