How to Activate Critical Alerts for iOS

Critical Alerts allow high-priority notifications to reach you even when your device is on silent or in Do Not Disturb mode.

Steps to Enable Critical Alerts

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap Notifications.

  3. Scroll down and select Emergent3 from the list of apps.

  4. On the Emergent3 notification settings screen, toggle Critical Alerts on.
