Follow the next steps to make sure your settings are correct. #### **Step 4:** When prompted, tap **Allow** on the notification permissions popups so your device can receive alerts.  ![](https://help.emergent3.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/3-png-1-Oct-06-2025-06-30-25-6885-PM.png?width=333&height=740&name=3-png-1-Oct-06-2025-06-30-25-6885-PM.png) #### **Step 5:** Tap **OK** to allow alerts to bypass **Do Not Disturb**. - Navigate to **Settings → Do Not Disturb → Apps → Emergent3**, then toggle **Allow Do Not Disturb**.
