How to Edit a Plan

Learn how an E3 admin can edit a plan

 

1. Upon selecting a group, click the settings icon from the menu displayed at the center of the screen.

2. From the Settings screen, click the Plans card.

3. This will show you all the different types of alerts, each with its own card. To see the plan for a specific alert type, simply click on that alert type.

4. The plans created for the selected alert type are then displayed. Select the plan you want to edit.

5. Doing so reveals the Plan Name and Plan Description fields you can use to edit the respective details.

6. Once the required changes are made, click the Save button.
