How to Override a Map

Learn how you can override a map as a first responder

 

1. During an active alert, go to the location map by clicking the map icon from the bar at the center of the screen.

2. As the map opens, click a location you want to set the status for by clicking the location name.

3. Once an area is selected, a popup appears asking you to mark the status of the room. Here, you can choose between Danger or Cleared. Danger means someone is inside the selected area and is unsafe and makes the map go red. On the other hand, Clear means there is no one inside the selected area and the map turns blue.
