How To Request For Map Updates

We understand how important it is to keep your map accurate. Follow the steps below to get your map updated.

1. Open the E3 app and go to the map tab

2. Take a screenshot of your building
   1. 
      1. For outdoor updates, simply zoom out and make sure the relevant areas are visible
3. Mark up the screenshot with the changes needed
   1. 
      1. You can either use a software or you can print it out and draw on it
4. Send the marked up map to maps@emergent3.com with your school / building and district names as the subject line.
   
   1. i.e. Hobbit Elementary - Shire School District

Once we receive your request, we'll reply to your email within 1 business day as soon as our maps team get your map update requests implemented in the app.
