How To Request For Map Updates

We understand how important it is to keep your map accurate. Follow the steps below to get your map updated.

Step 1:

Open the E3 app and go to the map tab

Step 2:

Take a screenshot of your building or area you want updated.

For outdoor updates, simply zoom out and make sure the relevant areas are visible

Step 3:

Mark up the screenshot with the changes needed

You can either use a software or you can print it out and draw on it

Step 4:

Send the marked up map to maps@emergent3.com with your "school / building - district name" as the subject line.

i.e. Hobbit Elementary - Shire School District

Once we receive your request, we'll reply to your email within 3-5 business days as soon as our maps team get your map update requests implemented in the app.
