The Checked-In List (Quickly view who has or has not checked in)

See who has checked-in and who has not checked-in during an E3 alert.

During an active alert, the Checked-In List shows you exactly who’s responded and who hasn’t.

Step 1:

In your group’s Active Alerts, click on the group. Go to the Map tab, then click the group icon at the bottom right of the map.

Step 2:

Clicking that icon opens the Checked-In List

  • All: Displays everyone included in the check-in list, regardless of their current check-in status.
  • No Response: Staff who haven’t responded to the check-in request (i.e. they haven’t checked in yet).
  • Safe: Staff who have checked in and marked themselves as Safe.
  • Unsafe: Staff who have checked in and marked themselves as Unsafe.
  • Offsite: Staff who have checked in and indicated they are Offsite, meaning they are not currently on campus.
