Viewing Analytics and Generating a Report

Step 1:

Go to your Group > Settings > Alert History.

Step 2:

Utilize the search and filters to find the Alert you want to review.

Click on your chosen Alert from the list.

Step 3:

Click the Analytics tab.

Step 4:

View your overall Alert Analytics, then click the Generate Report button.

If you scroll down a bit further, you will see logs. Click on it to see detailed logs from beginning to end of the alert.

 

Step 5:

Click on the Confirm button to have your excel report sent to your email.

Generating a report can take up to 30 minutes to gather data. Please be patient and be sure to check your spam folder.

 


 

Reviewing Alert Chat

Step 1:

Go to your Group > Settings > Alert History.

Step 2:

Utilize the search and filters to find the Alert you want to review.

Click on your chosen Alert from the list.

Step 3:

As you click on the Alert, you will immediately see the Chat history.
