Alert History: Logs, Chat, Check-In List, and Generating a Report

Read this article to help you review an alert's history via the logs, chat, check-in list, and generate a report.

Review chat transcripts, generate detailed analytics reports, and access valuable data and logs

 


 

View Analytics

Quickly see an overview of the previous alert

Step 1:

Go to your Group > Settings > Alert History.

Step 2:

Look for the alert by browsing through the list or searching.

You can also use the calendar icon beside the search bar.

Click on the Alert to view its history.

Step 3:

Review the alert’s General info, Analytics, Chat, Logs, and Check-In list.

You can also follow the steps on Generating a Report to get an email with an excel file of this alert's data.

 


 

Generate Report

Quickly generate a comprehensive report of the previous alert

Step 1:

Follow the steps from View Analytics to search for and open an alert’s history.

Step 2:

Click on the Generate Report button

Step 3:

Click Confirm to generate an excel report to be sent to your email

Generating a report can take up to 30 minutes to gather data. Please be patient and be sure to check your spam folder.

 


 

Alert Logs

Check detailed logs of the previous alert from start to end

Step 1:

Follow the steps from View Analytics to search for and open an alert’s history.

Step 2:

Scroll down to review the logs

Click on any of the log messages to view more details

Step 3:

You’ll be able to see a more detailed view of what happened throughout the alert

 


 

Chat history

Quickly view the entire chat history of the previous alert

Step 1:

Follow the steps from View Analytics to search for and open an alert’s history.

Step 2:

Click on the Chat icon

Step 3:

You’ll be able to review the entire chat history of the alert

 


 

Check-In List

Follow these steps to quickly view who checked-in and who didn't during the alert.

Step 1:

Follow the steps from View Analytics to search for and open an alert’s history.

Step 2:

Click on any of the View All button

Step 3:

You’ll be able to quickly view who checked in and who didn’t
