Why Disable E3 Notifications on Your Apple Watch
Apple automatically routes all iPhone notifications to your Apple Watch when it’s paired. To make sure E3 alerts break through Do Not Disturb or Silent Mode, disable E3 notifications on your watch. This keeps alerts coming to your iPhone, where they’ll sound and vibrate as intended.
Step 1
Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
Step 2
Go to Notifications.
Step 3
Scroll down and under the "Mirror iPhone Alerts from:" list, toggle off the E3 Safety app.
