Troubleshooting Notifications

This is an article to help you troubleshoot your Android or iPhone notifications.

Step 1

Go to Settings then click Profile and go to Notifications. 

Step 2

Under Notifications, you will see an option called 'Troubleshoot Notifications'. You can click to proceed.

Step 3

When you click Troubleshoot Notifications, you will see a list of items for your device to check.  You can click RUN to proceed to the diagnostics.

Step 4

When the troubleshooter is finished, you can proceed to the error detected by it (in this case, the critical alert settings on your phone) Go to Settings > Notifications > Choose Emergent 3.

NOTE: Ensure that all of these are exactly like your settings on your phone. 

Step 5

After checking all the items provided by the troubleshooter, you can go back to it to see if all is good.
