Drill Schedule Template
Drill Type | Frequency / Timing | Notes / Tips |
---|---|---|
Initial Alert | Within one week after staff training | Helps staff experience how alerts work early on. |
Monthly Drills | e.g. first Tuesday of every month | Keep drills simple but consistent. |
Integrated Fire Drills | During scheduled fire drills | Trigger an E3 “Evacuate” (or equivalent) alert in sync with fire alarm announcements. |
All-Staff Drill | During a full staff meeting | Use this as an opportunity for real-time feedback and troubleshooting. |
Random Alert Assignment | Randomly assign staff to send the drill alert | This helps people gain experience in both sending and responding. |
