Note: This article assumes the reader has already gone through steps one through twelve in the Login and Account Creation article.
Why it happens
• You clicked the wrong email link (the invitation rather than the secondary sign-up email).
What to do
-
Go back to your email.
-
Look for the secondary sign-up email (usually titled “Thank you for signing up with Emergent3”). Emergent3 Help Center
-
Click the link in that secondary email to complete account setup
Once you click on Create Account in the Emergent3 App or browser, a secondary email will be sent to you. This email will contain a link that you need to open To access Emergent3.
In the event that you mistakenly open the Invitation email instead of the secondary one and follow the link provided, you will be prompted to re-enter your name and number, resulting in an Error 404. If you encounter this error, please return to your email and search for a second email.
The secondary email header should say, "Thank you for signing up with Emergent3 Staging."
After opening the second email and following the link, you will be directed to another Staging Page. From there, you can launch the Emergent3 App and you will be successfully signed in.
