Logging Out A User From All Devices
Accessing Your External Relations
Step 1:
Click your Profile in the top-right and click the Manage External Relation button.
Step 2:
Your external relations settings will appear.
Managing Members
You can effectively manage the members of your external relations group by adding a user, editing their profiles, checking their registered devices, and assigning them specific roles for better organization and coordination.
Assigning Roles
Step 1:
Click your Profile in the top-right and click the Manage External Relation button.
Step 2:
Click on Manage Members.
Step 3:
Click on the Pen icon of the user you want to assign roles to.
Step 4:
Edit the roles of the user and click Save once you're done.
Adding a User
Step 1:
Click your Profile in the top-right and click the Manage External Relation button.
Step 2:
Click on Manage Members.
Step 3:
Click the Add People button.
Step 4:
Enter the email address of the person you'd like to invite and click on the Add button.
You can add as many users as you want in this page by clicking on the Add button each time you add an email address.
Step 5:
Assign role(s) for your new user.
Step 6:
Click on Add People.
Step 7:
Review your changes and click on Confirm once you're done to add the user to the group.
If the users you add are unregistered, they will be listed under the Invited tab of the Manage Members page.
Removing a User
Step 1:
Click your Profile in the top-right and click the Manage External Relation button.
Step 2:
Click on Manage Members.
Step 3:
Click on the x icon of the user you want to remove from the group.
A confirmation pop-up will appear where you can click Remove to finalize the process.
Editing Users
Step 1:
Click your Profile in the top-right and click the Manage External Relation button.
Step 2:
Click on Manage Members.
Step 3:
Click on the Pen icon of the user you want to edit.
Step 4:
You will be taken to the Edit Member page where you can update their profile picture, roles, and basic profile information.
Don't forget to click Save to save your edits.
Viewing Registered Devices
Step 1:
Click your Profile in the top-right and click the Manage External Relation button.
Step 2:
Click on Manage Members.
Step 3:
Click on the Pen icon of the user you want to view registered devices of.
Step 4:
Click on Registered Devices.
Step 5:
This page will display all the devices where the user has an active E3 account signed in.
These devices will receive notifications in the event of an alert.
Sending Test Notifications
To ensure that your members can receive alerts during critical times, you have the option to send a Test Notification to individual members. This eliminates the need to send a drill or alert to the entire school just to check if members are receiving notifications.

Step 1:
Click your Profile in the top-right and click the Manage External Relation button.
Step 2:
Click on Manage Members.
Step 3:
Click on the Pen icon of the user you want to send a test notification to.
Step 4:
Click on Registered Devices.
Step 5:
Click on the device you want to send a test notification to.
Step 6:
Click on the Send Test Notification button. Within a few seconds, a notification should appear on the desired device.

Logging Out A User
Step 1:
Click your Profile in the top-right and click the Manage External Relation button.
Step 2:
Click on Manage Members.
Step 3:
Click on the Pen icon of the user you want to log out.
Step 4:
Click on Registered Devices.
Step 5:
Click on the device you want to the user to be logged out from.
Step 6:
Click on Logout and press Ok on the confirmation message to log the user out from this device.
Logging Out A User From All Devices
Step 1:
Click your Profile in the top-right and click the Manage External Relation button.
Step 2:
Click on Manage Members.
Step 3:
Click on the Pen icon of the user you want to log out.
Step 4:
Click on Registered Devices.
Step 5:
Click on Logout All Devices and press Ok on the confirmation message to immediately log the user out of all their devices.
Managing Roles
You have the ability to manage the roles inside your External Relations Group.
